There’s pressure to find something everyone will like, in the location you need it, on your desired date. That’s why we offer to take that burden from you and do everything, other than actually participate in the fun. That’s still all yours!
We have created a network of professional facilitators around the country that offer a huge variety of in-person experiences. We work closely with you to understand what type of activity could be a great fit, and where you’d like this event to occur. Then we provide you with a variety of options, detailed pricing, and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to move forward we will work with you and the local facilitators to coordinate all of the logistics leading up to the event.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do I need to book my event?
We know it’s not easy to find the perfect event for your group so you may have discovered us early on in your search or with only days left. We tend to tell people that booking your event at least 2 weeks beforehand helps us create the best possible experience, but we have worked under all sorts of deadlines so don’t avoid contacting us if your event is sooner than that. Availability for our in-person experiences relies heavily on staffing and scheduling. If you want more flexibility our scavenger hunts are a great option.
How long does an experience last?
Most experiences last 60 to 90 minutes but that can be customized depending on your needs.
Can the experience happen at my specific location?
The short answer is yes. We have facilitated events everywhere from offices, to hotel conference rooms, to breweries, to state parks, and even a major league soccer field. Some activities may require a certain amount of space, a permit, or certain resources such as electrical access. But we will work closely with you to figure out the best program for your location.
How much will it cost?
There are a number of variables that go into the price such as the type of experience, the duration, the number of participants you’ll have, the location, and whether you want anything customized. We have built a large network of facilitators around the country to help bring you the highest quality experience at the lowest possible price.
