CREATING FUN FROM DAY 1
2013
Launched Xperience Adventures, and created the Xplore Urban Race, a team-based scavenger hunt series in 9 cities nationwide.

Expanded the Xplore Race to 20+ cities across the country. Launched our app for a more interactive experience and live challenge verification.
2015
Launched the X-Race, the only event of it’s kind where teams across the country compete against each other at exactly the same time from their own local community.

A request by a Fortune 100 company for a custom X-Race becomes our first official team building event.
2021
After growing requests for team building and custom events the company is rebranded as Team Building Anywhere.

Exploring Here is a modern, interactive way for communities to showcase what makes their destination special. We’re building it for small towns, tourism boards, chambers of commerce, and local organizations that want to highlight their best experiences, whether it’s breweries, shops, parks, murals, or hidden gems, through engaging digital maps and passport style challenges. Instead of static directories, Exploring Here turns a destination into something people can actively explore, discover, and share, helping drive foot traffic to local businesses while creating memorable experiences for visitors and residents alike.
