Frequently Asked Questions

How long does an experience last?

Most experiences last 60 to 90 minutes but that can be customized depending on your needs. We have created events that were multiple hours and multiple days long.

How far in advance do I need to book my event?

We know it’s not easy to find the perfect event for your group so you may have discovered us early on in your search or with only days left. We tend to tell people that booking your event at least 2 weeks beforehand helps us create the best possible experience, but we have worked under all sorts of deadlines so don’t avoid contacting us if your event is sooner than that. Availability for our in-person experiences relies heavily on staffing and scheduling.

Can the experience happen at my specific location?

The short answer is yes. We have facilitated events everywhere from offices, to hotel conference rooms, to breweries, to state parks, and even major league stadiums. Some activities may require a certain amount of space, a permit, or certain resources such as electrical access. But we will work closely with you to figure out the best program for your location.

How much will it cost?

There are a number of variables that go into the price such as the type of experience, the duration, the number of participants you’ll have, the location, and whether you want anything customized. We have built a large network of facilitators around the country to help bring you the highest quality experience at the lowest possible price. That being said, it’s best to contact us and our team will be able to answer your questions and provide you with pricing details based on your needs.
