STEP 1

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO EXPLORE

Simply tell us the location you want to explore and we’ll take it from there. You won’t need to travel to some far off retreat center or pay thousands of dollars to fly a facilitator onsite to get our high quality team building experience.

STEP 2

OUR CREATIVE TEAM DOES THEIR THING

We learn about your group and get a clear understanding of what you want to get out of your custom experience. We then virtually scout out the location you want to explore, learn about the local culture, and build partnerships with businesses and organizations in the area whenever possible. We create a unique collection of fun and memorable challenges for your group to attempt around your location and send you everything you need to kick it off!

STEP 3

HAVE FUN AND GROW TOGETHER

Leading up to your event, divide your group into teams of roughly 4-6 people. Each team’s goal will be to complete as many challenges as possible within your designated time frame (we usually recommend about 2 hours). Along the way they’ll capture every hilarious and pride inducing moment on their devices. Afterwards, celebrate together, share stories and pictures, debrief, or hold an awards ceremony!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our creative team will build your custom experience from scratch based on your objectives and location. But to give you a better sense of what you can expect, we tend to create challenges that fall into the four categories shown below. The format of our event allows everyone to be an active participant in the experience and teams get to choose which challenges they want to attempt. That means everyone does exactly what they want and has more fun!
