OVERVIEW

We are designing a custom scavenger hunt specifically for your group and your location. It will be a fun team-based competition that will bring you closer together while you explore the area and capture unforgettable experiences on your devices. In this briefing we have provided some important information to help you prepare for the event. You can also contact the event HQ at anytime 24/7 via email at HQ@TeamBuildingAnywhere.com.

DOWNLOAD THE EVENT APP

Please download the Bonfyre app on any Apple or Android devices you plan to use during the experience. If you don’t have an Apple or Android device it’s not a problem at all, just make sure at least one person on your team has it. This free app will enable your team to submit your scavenger hunt pictures and videos for verification, and it will provide a direct line of communication between your team and our HQ if you should have any questions along the way.

You can click on the buttons below from your mobile device to download the app, or search your app store for “Bonfyre App”.  It's a very simple and intuitive group chat app, but if you need some tips on how to use it you can access the "Help" tool under the Account tab in the app. 

When creating your Bonfyre account, please use the same email address that the briefing email was sent to. Leading up to your event you can log in and find two separate group chats added to your account. One for all teams in the event, and a private one for only your team members. Join both and start corresponding with our HQ and your other team members.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Leading Up To Event:

The days leading up to the start are a great time to chat with your teammates in the Bonfyre app to discuss some strategy, create a memorable team name, or even coordinate some matching team outfits. We encourage you to wear comfortable athletic attire and sneakers. You may be completing active challenges, traveling across a variety of surfaces, and could end up getting slightly sweaty/dirty/wet depending on the weather and what challenges you chose to attempt.

The Event:

By 9:45am your group should all meet on the outdoor terrace in front of the entrance to the Michener Art Museum (138 South Pine Street). There should be plenty of available parking in the Library lot next to our starting location.

Right at the designated start time of 10am our HQ will start the event through the Bonfyre app. Every team will receive the same list of challenges to complete around the area. The challenges are designed to bring you together through fun, meaningful, difficult, or slightly embarrassing experiences. Complete as many as possible, in any order, within the designated time frame.

Some challenges may require a few basic supplies to complete them. Figuring out how to obtain these supplies somewhere in the area is part of the strategy so work together and use what you’ve got to get what you need.

After each challenge, submit the required picture or video to our HQ via the app for verification. We will be keeping track of every team’s score in real-time and judging any additional contests such as the “Best Picture or Video Award”.

After The Event:

The event will last for 2 hours, but as the end approaches, your team should make their way to The Station Doylestown (194 West Ashland Street) so that you arrive there by 12pm for a buffet lunch and gathering. Winners of the event will be announced during lunch.

AWARDS

Winning Teams: The teams that complete the most challenges in the shortest amount of time between 10am and 12pm.

Best Photo or Video Award: Every picture or video you submit to our HQ throughout the event will be entered into this contest. At the end of the event our HQ will select one submission that stands above the rest. There’s no specific criteria to become the “best” so do something amazing, inspire us, make us laugh, or make us cry! The more challenges you complete, the more entries you will have!
